Surah An-Nas is a supplication for protection from internal evil—specifically the whisperings of Shaytan in the hearts of mankind. It invokes Allah by three of His names: Lord, King, and God of mankind. It emphasizes that the greatest danger lies in spiritual whispers and urges constant seeking of divine refuge.
Seek Allah’s help to protect your heart and mind from the deceptive whispers of Satan and hidden evils.
Reciting it regularly protects from waswas (evil whispers), anxiety, and negative thoughts. It complements Surah Al-Falaq and is part of the morning/evening adhkar. Together, they form a strong spiritual shield.
114:1–3 – 'Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, The King of mankind, The God of mankind...'
Spiritual harm is subtle but dangerous—always seek divine aid to guard your soul.
Rabb an-Nas (Lord of mankind), Malik an-Nas (King of mankind), Ilah an-Nas (God of mankind)
