A popular and highly regarded dua (supplication) for the completion of the Quran is known as the Dua Khatm al-Quran. It is traditionally recited after completing the Quran, asking for acceptance of the effort, guidance, and blessings from Allah. Here’s one version of the dua:
Dua Khatm al-Quran:
Translation
“O Allah, have mercy on me by means of the Quran and make it for me a leader, a light, guidance, and mercy. O Allah, remind me of what I have forgotten from it, and teach me what I am ignorant of. Grant me its recitation during the hours of the night and at the ends of the day, and make it an argument in my favor, O Lord of the worlds.”
